Little help?

I keep getting this every now and then, it's just randomly doing it, mostly only when I load my pc back up from where it goes into sleep mode if I ain't around it, I went in and pretty much done everything such as updating drivers, doing this and that, nothing seems to really keep this from happening.

edit: Also, after this happens, sometimes my steam games says it's not installed even though it is.
